DOMESTIC POLICY (Australia Wide)

Goods purchased through us at www.algaefreeaustralia.com  can only be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase for a refund or exchange. Returns received outside of this 30 day period will not be accepted, please keep in mind postage times when returning items to us. 

Please Note: 

At Algaefree Australia we are happy to refund, exchange or credit items if they are unsuitable provided the item is:

• In an unused, unopened condition (fit for resale)

• All labels are still attached

All refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the initial payment.

Items purchased with delivery included will have the value of the delivery deducted from the refund value if the reason is change of mind and not defective product.

Return postage will be at the purchasers cost.

Return for a refund must include:

• An email or phone call to discuss the return to gain approval.

• Return package must include a note with your order number, full name & reason for return.

Once your goods have been received at our warehouse, we will inspect and you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Returns/exchanges are processed within 2 business days of Algaefree Australia receiving your items.

We at Algaefree Australia are committed to providing you with quality products that we manufacture and outstanding service.

 

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit items that are deemed defective by us. The criteria for assessment can include:

• Condition of item

• Care of product

We do not offer a refund, exchange or credit on any products that were not used according to directions or used incorrectly, unless the items are deemed defective by Algaefree Australia.
 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Goods purchased through us at www.algaefreeaustralia.com must be returned within 45 days of you receiving your purchase for a refund, exchange or credit. Returns received outside of this 45 days period will not be accepted, please keep in mind postage times when returning items to us.

Algaefree Australia holds the right to refuse any refund, exchange or credit if the item/s are deemed to not meet the above outlined policy.
